Data protection
We help you to register with the Data Commissioner. We also put the correct processes in place to ensure that the data that is stored on employees and clients are secure.
Dignity at work
We will work with you to ensure foster a modern working culture in which all employees are treated with dignity, respect and equality regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnic origins or disability.
Disability procedure
We devise a disability policy which covers all candidates and employees who have a disability (mental or physical) and needs support from you. We also carry out disability audits to ensure that you are complying legally.
Disciplinary procedure
We work with you to manage the process of taking an employee through the disciplinary process. We write the letters, attend the meetings, and act as a minute taker. We ensure that you have an up-to-date disciplinary policy that can be distributed to the employee.
Dismissal procedure
We are aware that on occasions you have that difficult employee who you want to dismiss straight away. Legally there are 5 reasons for dismissal â 1) capability, 2) redundancy, 3) disciplinary, 4) contravention of a statutory enactment, and 5) any other substantial reasons. We will ensure that whichever reason applies for dismissing your employee is followed in accordance to employment legislation.

We offer advice on fire safety within your organisation. We ensure the information that you receive is in accordance with the fire safety regulations.
First aid
We ensure that a simple task such as ensuring your first aid box is fully equipped is completed.
Fit notes
We help you liaise with the employeeâs GP and translate the information on the âFit noteâ. We work with you in identifying the steps that are needed to be implemented when an employee returns to work i.e. return to work interview, risk assessment, phase return, etc.

Recruitment and selection
We are able to manage the recruitment and selection process. This involves designing the job description, person specification, job advert and competency based questions. We also take part in the interviewing process. We are able to administer occupational and ability tests as part of the recruitment process.

We manage the process of redeploying employees as a result of either organisational change, redundancy or at the request of the employee.

We manage the difficult process of making employees redundant. We ensure that the process is managed professionally and also with great sensitivity. We take away the pressure from you of making the difficult decision of which job role is redundant.
Retirement procedure
We make certain that you do not retire any of your employees. There is no age limit of when an employee retires. We work with you to ensure that this process is managed sensitively and legally.
Review process
We devise a review framework that links into the probationary period. This usually consists of identifying when reviews are going to take place, the forms that will be used and the actions as a result of the meetings.

We make sure that you have the process in place for where an employee has the right to request training. We put in place the policy for requesting training.
Right to work in the UK
We ensure that you do not get fined of up to ÂŁ10,000 or imprisonment by putting in place the system of checking whether a candidate has the legal right to work in the UK. By putting in robust checks we safeguard the Recruiting Officer and company from recruiting an illegal worker.

Self employed
We have designed a package specifically for those companies who use self-employed contractors. This package sets out the terms and conditions of the self-employed contractor where there is no misinterpretation of them being an employee.
Severe weather policy
We devise and implement the policy in support of the company and in accordance to the health, safety and welfare of the employees. The policy provides the employee with the definitive procedure to follow in the event of experiencing severe weather. This will enable you to manage the employees that misuse the weather for not attending work.
Sickness absence

Smoking policy

Training needs analysis
We work with you in devising the company training needs analysis that supports the whole organisation, the departments and the individual employee. We link the training needs analysis to the Appraisal/PDR process.
TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment))
We work with employers to ensure that employees are TUPEd in accordance to the TUPE legislation i.e. that the contracts of employment of any employees covered by the Regulations are automatically transferred ânovatedâ, without variation to the new owner of the business (the âtransfereeâ). We also ensure that the due diligence process is undertaken thoroughly.
